Green Tea (Mucha in Japanese) is a very healthy drink but it's also commonly used in making desserts in Japan and most Asian countries.
I just discovered a few dessert places in Hong Kong featuring different types of Green Tea desserts which I really wanted to share with you. Yes Green Tea is not so boring as we imagine!
