My Winter Must-haves

Winter in Brisbane has always been very dry and I can tell my hands and body are screaming for something very nourishing! I'm glad I've bought a Rose trio pack from Jurlique Brisbane - Queen Street Mall store last Christmas as a gift for myself!

REVIEW: I must say I love to use this versatile mist in summer the most. I use it as a toner before apply my serum and moisturiser. During the day, a spritz of mist gives me a refreshing boost to keep me going for the rest of the day! The subtle scent of rose just smells lovely!

- Rose Body Care Lotion 300ml
A lightweight lotion featuring the relaxing scent of rose that restores lost moisture to leave skin smooth, supple and glowing.

REVIEW: I never like to apply body lotion daily unless my skin feels really dry. The main reason being a lot of body lotions are too rich and makes me feels really oily overall and that my skin couldn't breathe! Jurlique Rose Body Care Lotion is surely my rescue. It's light in texture (which I love!). It goes really far on your skin and soaks into your skin really quickly. An excellent delight for my skin for all seasons!

- Rose Hand Cream 125ml
A rich, protective hand cream to restore smoothness and keep skin looking youthful.

REVIEW: Ever since I've bought the trio pack, I've keep the Rose Hand Cream in my handbag with me. I have to admit this is so far the best hand cream I've ever used. The texture seems rich but when you rub it into your hands, the hand cream just magically got absorbed by the skin very well without leaving any greasy feeling! How can I not fall in love with all these great products!

A Lucky Winner + Kylie Minogue = Happy x 100,000

Oh My Gosh!!! I'm the lucky winner to see Kylie Minogue's Aphrodite: Les Folies in Brisbane this Saturday. Thanks to Damian from auspOp. I was screaming and laughing like a crazy women when I see my winning email and listen to my voicemail from Damian.

I was planning to buy tickets at the beginning but then I realise the tickets are too expensive that I decided to give it a miss. auspOp made my dream comes true and I get to go this Saturday. I promise I'll take pretty pictures and share with all of you very soon!

Update

I went to the concert with beloved hubby and we both enjoyed the show very much. The stage is just spectacular and Kylie's performance is awesome! I'm glad I've made it to the show being one of Kylie's best show to me. Here's some pictures I've taken, quality isn't as good as I expected mainly because I was too concentrated on her performance rather than taking great pictures!



When Beauty Bargain Hunter goes crazy

I always try to be a smart bargain hunter trying to get the most of each penny spent, but when you get to visit the Estee Lauder corporate store, things can go a little bit out of control, yes just a little bit...

Yay I just received my Nescafe coffee sample last Friday! My sample is the Nescafe Gold Original. There is also Nescafe Gold Rich and Nescafe Gold Dark available in the range. I've even got a personalised postcard in the mail too (very thoughtful)!

I never really like my coffee to be too strong so Nescafe Gold Original perfectly fits my preference. It's smooth and aromatic but definitely not too strong for me at all. It's made with 100% Arabica Beans too! Who would have thought you can get a nice quality coffee with the instant coffee! I personally would definitely purchase this in the future!

REVIEW

The Facial Wash Gel is fragrance free and very mild on skin which is very suitable to sensitive skin although I personally feel like my skin hasn't been cleansed. I'm now using it for the first cleanse and then using my Biotherm Biopur Pore Reducer wash gel for the final cleanse. Yes I'm following the double cleanse routine learned from a Dermalogica workshop!

The Light Moisturiser is literally light weight moisturiser which is like a lotion. Fragrance free again and it's very suitable to oily/combination skin.

Finally the Eye Makeup Remover, I'm using it as overall makeup remover now because I love it so much. It moves even waterproof mascara and doesn't give you an oily feel which a lot of the other eye makeup remover does.
